Tank 2: 491,000 Gallon Bolted Aluminum, Glass Lined Ground Tank

Tank 1: 250,000 Gallon Elevated Water Tank Work Performed

> Install external shrouding /containment system around entire elevated tank

>  Blast interior and exterior to near white, SSPC-SP 10/NACE No. 2 standard

> Spot repairs as needed on all corroded surfaces

> Interior coating to specifications including: Prime, Seam Treatment, Pit Filler, Intermediate, Finish, Caulking

> Exterior coating to specifications including: Prime, 1st Intermediate, 2nd Intermediate, Finish, Lettering (logo)

> Replace Exterior ladder to meet code

> Replace tank vent     

> Installation of locking vandal guard on primary access ladder

> Hatch height increased at least 4 inches per AWWA recommendations 

>  Swing gate installed at ladder to balcony transition

>  Remove all exterior attachments not currently in service.

> Replace manway with larger 24" unit to meet code

> Install four 13,000 lumen LED lights with photocell sensor to light up lettering / logo on tank    

> Tank wash out, disinfection, bacteriological sampling/clearance and placing tank back into service 

 

Tank 2: 491,000 Gallon Bolted Aluminum, Glass Lined Ground Tank Work Performed

> Pressure wash interior & exterior of tank

 > Remove all CIM epoxy from interior seams via hand too method and prepare surface for replacement epoxy

>  Install new CIM epoxy to all interior seams  

> Tank wash out, disinfection, bacteriological sampling/clearance and placing tank back into service
